Messages to the studio

When you email us, your email address, display name, message and any attachments are used to answer your request. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling studio correspondence or, for a pre-contractual request, steps taken at your request before a contract. Recipients are the directors handling your request and OVHcloud for email services. Emails are kept for one year after the correspondence is closed, unless a legal obligation or dispute justifies longer retention, limited to the necessary information.

Hosting and connection data

The website is hosted in France by OVHcloud. Connection data, including IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information, may be recorded to operate and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest. OVHcloud and authorised studio staff can access it for these purposes. Connection logs are kept for 12 months. OVHcloud may also produce anonymised, aggregated statistics. Any access from outside the European Union by OVHcloud is governed by its data protection agreement, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where required. Cookies and storage in your browser

The website remembers your chosen language and best game results on your device until they are replaced or deleted in your browser settings. These values are not sent to the studio. Temporary markers, used for up to five minutes and deleted when the tab’s session ends, and a cache of public images speed up display; the cache is renewed with the images and can be cleared in your browser. OVHcloud may set a technical cookie to balance server traffic for less than 24 hours. These functions serve only to operate the website and do not require prior consent. No advertising or browsing tracker is integrated; no cookie banner is added.

Your rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email contact@cote-gauche-production.com. We normally respond within one month; a justified extension may add two months. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL. Data held only on your device can be cleared in your browser settings.
